Decent Mexican food in Mooresville but difficult to order over the phone due to language barrier and loud noise on their end of the line. After the Wuhan is over then we'll give these folks another try.

I loved the colorful decor...the friendly service...the Margaritas complete with extra lime...fresh guacamole (I've never liked guacamole before)...families and couples alike were there. Very enjoyable time.

Had the burritos plate with one chicken and one beef burrito. The chicken was very good and the beef was even better. Definitely not some cheap burger meat. The waiters were excellent and they made me feel very much at home. Highly recommend eating at this place!

Great service. Waiter was super friendly and helpful even when my sister spilled her entire drink. The food was great. Shrimp was good. And everyone was super happy with their meal. The fried ice cream was a great desert that all 3 of us shared.

Really disappointing. Have been coming here for quite some time & always have the taco salad. I consistently tell them there is not enough meat & would pay for extra. But it seems to get skimpier & skimpier. Paying for a shell with salad basically.

The worst Mexican food me and my fiance have ever had. The re-fried beans were either canned or came in a bucket they were not fresh, the rice was old and dry, the bean dip was like water with a speck of beans in the middle and the cheese sauce had no flavor. The chicken was dry and tasteless as well. When I complained the manager argued with me and that was enough. Terrible food taste less fresh than Taco-Bell much less a Mexican sit down place. Too expensive for processed re-heated food.

I used to think Sauza's was one of the best Mexican joints in Mooresville. I think over the years it has seen a decline in food preparation and taste. We recently visited and I was a bit disappointed in my entree. The service was great, though.

We have come here plenty if times before and no issue but the last 2 or 3 times have left more to desire and this put the icing on the cake. They are off our list. Salsa was not mixed very well. Large chunks of onion and cilantro. Our order came out half wrong half bad. Wife order a beef tip chimichanga and it came out shredded chicken. I ordered the pollo Veracruz. The rice had no flavor at all. The shrimp were cooked perfectly but chicken was rubbery and had a funny taste. We pushed our plates and our empty drinks to the edge of the table and waited as the waitresses walked by our table 4 times and never stopped. Needless to say we got up and walked out.

Chips are old and stale. Service is average at best... Like at their absolute highest level it would barely meet expectations. Food was not fit to eat, over cooked dry chicken, brown lettuce and watered down salsa.

This place never disappoints. We were so glad to see that they recently expanded, too. Food, margaritas, and service (Maria is the best!!) are always great. We always leave happy. Have been coming here regularly for more than three years and we'll keep coming back!

I'm giving Sauza's a five at excels at everything this type of restaurant should be, fast, tasty and friendly. Every lunch dish I've had is good, the service is always very polite and fast and the dishes themselves are clearly Mexican food. Not moles and what not, but good burritos, chimichangas, etc. For good quick lunch, hit this place up.

Best Mexican in town. Fantastic margaritas as well. We get chicken dishes and they use shredded roasted chicken which adds so much flavor. The decor is kitschy but we like it that way. Typically prompt service, sometimes a bit of a language barrier, but always delicious.

Cold, rainy day? What better than homemade chicken (tortilla) soup. Wow!Homemade flavor, why? Sauza’s uses actual chicken broth, not artificial flavors.Then, the combination of garlic to complement the picante, onion, etc.Finally, the generous serving of white chicken breast made a bowl of hot, homemade chicken soup into a full meal.Come to Sauza’s. Try it, you’ll like it!
